Updated: July 10, 2024

The Fisher-Price Collectors Club is already busy making plans for our next convention! Like in prior years for our club members, the convention will have a social hour, annual dinner and toy show and sale, and new for this year, a tour! Unfortunately the spring 2024 newsletter omitted some key information about the convention, so this page will be updated often to inform club members of the upcoming events. So read on down for info about Convention 2024 - plans are always subject to change, so keep an eye on this page for updates as they come!

Dates: Friday July 26 - Saturday July 27th, 2024

Where: Everything is held in beautiful East Aurora, New York! To read more about East Aurora, see our Visiting East Aurora NY page.

Tours (NEW!) New for this year! The Fisher-Price Collectors Club is offering their members the opportunity to take a tour of Fisher-Price and their factory campus, and see some super awesome vintage toys as well! These tours are for club members only; if you are a club member who may like to attend, email Becky at RAH4FP@AOL.COM for more details. The tours are going to be on the mornings of Friday July 26th and Saturday July 27th. She can confirm whether we have space, and all the details (where and when). These tours are first-come first-serve and limited in size, so reserving a spot is a must!

*** If you have signed up for a tour with Becky, meet 10 minutes before the start of your tour at the front of the Toy Store on Girard Avenue. An officer of the club will be there to meet you and sign you in! ***

Social Hour: The club will hold a social hour for their club members on Friday July 26th from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at the Masonic Lodge at 645 Main Street. Light refreshments will be served. It's a great place to come and chat and talk all about your Fisher-Price toys!

Annual Dinner: The dinner is set!! The date is Friday July 26th, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The location is different from the one used over the last few years - we are back at the American Legion! The club has used the Legion many times in the past, and it's great to see it again! The American Legion is located 1 Legion Drive in East Aurora NY. To get there, you take Main Street to Center Street and head south; it is only a few blocks until the Legion. You know you are there when you see the helicopter out front!

Reservations are required for club members to attend the dinner. To attend, invitations were included in the May Gabby Goose newsletter sent to all club members. It is $25 a person, and club members are welcomed to bring guests, also $25 a person. To reserve your spot, you can fill out the invitations and mail with a check to the address listed on it. You can also use ZELLE or Paypal; the address for both are fpcc1993@gmail.com. If your ZELLE/Paypal account has a different name, just send us an email at fpclub@att.net letting us know so we can match your name to the account and add you to the dinner list! RESERVATIONS FOR THE DINNER ARE DUE BY JULY 10, 2024.

The dinner will be served buffet-style with many choices; and dessert will be served as well. We will also have Fisher-Price fun and games; door prizes; raffles and a speaker! Dinner usually runs around 2 hours, give or take. It's a wonderful evening and we all just gab, talk about our collections and have a great time!

Annual Toy Sale: The Toy Sale is set for Saturday July 27th! The location is the same place we used for the last few years, The Blazing Star Masonic Lodge in East Aurora NY. The address is 645 Main Street in East Aurora NY. The times are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. See our Toy Sale Page for more info. The Toy Sale is open to everyone, club members and general public alike! If you were a vendor in a prior sale and want to sell again, email our sale's chairperson at rah4fp@aol.com to check for availability.

Where to Stay: If you need a hotel in the East Aurora/Buffalo area, check our Visiting East Aurora NY Page for some suggestions from club members.
