The Fisher-Price Collectors Club held our annual convention on Friday
July 29th and Saturday July 30th, 2022. This is our second convention since the COVID lockdowns, and once again,
it was absolutely wonderful to see everyone! There were still some residual COVID restrictions to deal with, but overall
we were pretty much back to normal! The annual dinner was held at Bravo Cafe in Elma NY on Friday,
and the sale was held on Saturday at the wonderful Blazing Star Masonic Lodge at 645 Main Street in East Aurora NY (9:00 to 2:00 pm).
Unfortunately our webmaster's smartphone died shortly after the convention (Fisher-Price chatterphones are far more reliable),
and lost all her photos so we do not have photos to share here, but our December 2022 newsletter had a write-up of the convention.
The convention was wonderful - we had a grand old time at the annual dinner and social hour, and we had
lots of shoppers at the sale which was packed with vendors selling Fisher-Price toys! So good to see everyone getting back out again!

ANNUAL CLUB DINNER |
Bravo Cafe at 5781 Seneca Street, Elma NY
It's time for the annual dinner! Reservations required and it's $25 a person. To attend the dinner, fill out the
invitation mailed to club members in the Gabby Goose, or use our
Paypal Page. Club members can bring as many guests as they like, also $25 a person.
Dinner starts at 6:30 but coming earlier around 6:00 to 6:15
to check in is very helpful! Scheduled for the evening are many
Fisher-Price games and contests with Fisher-Price prizes; plus a speaker talking about Fisher-Price toys!
Dinner is served buffet-style with many choices including vegetarian, plus dessert.
Cash bar is available on-site. Dress is anything you like; some people like to dress up and others like
wearing their favorite Fisher-Price themed t-shirt! We always have FUN chatting the evening away!

ANNUAL TOY SALE |
Blazing Star Masonic Lodge at 645 Main Street in East Aurora NY
It's time for the annual toy sale! The location is a multi-purpose room inside the lodge. You can
enter from the front or the back of the building. As of this writing, almost every spot is
reserved with vendors selling classic Fisher-Price toys, so there should be plenty to see!
We also have some new vendors, so it will be interesting to see what they bring! We already know
there will be bins and bins of Little People parts and pieces for sale; plus wooden
pull toys, musical toys, boxed sets, and so much more!
Inventories change for every sale, so you never know what may pop up! See our

EAST AURORA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ANNUAL STREET AND SIDEWALK FESTIVAL |
Main Street in East Aurora NY, between Elm/Riley Street to Olean Street
Our sale is a proud part of the East Aurora Chamber of Commerce's Street and Sidewalk Sale, which is
happening on Main Street right outside the Lodge. The Street and Sidewalk Sale is back in full
glory this year, No covid restrictions this time! There will be plenty of food vendors, crafts,
community booths, shopping, contests for the kids, and lots more! See the East Aurora's Chamber of
Commerce's
Sidewalk and Street Festival Page for more information. So come visit our club's sale,
plus the street festival too!

VISIT THE FISHER-PRICE FACTORY CAMPUS |

At some point during the convention, everyone should stop by the Fisher-Price factory toy store,
located at the Fisher-Price campus. It is the only building open to the public. While the store sells
mainly new Fisher-Price toys, it's always fun to just look around! Sometimes there can be
Fisher-Price clothing or memorabilia for sale that may catch a collector's eye!
